Privacy Policy

Effective August 15, 2026 Last updated August 15, 2026 Magic Temptations Inc.
In short: discretion is central to this service. We collect what is needed to verify age, arrange a booking, and pay the people involved. We do not sell personal information and we do not run behavioral advertising. Entertainers receive only what they need to perform a booking, and clients never receive an entertainer's personal contact details or home address.

1. Scope

This Privacy Policy explains how Magic Temptations Inc. handles personal information about clients, entertainers, venues, and visitors to this site. This platform is for adults 18 and over only.

2. Our discretion commitment

Booking adult entertainment is sensitive. We treat client identity, event details, and entertainer personal data as confidential. We do not sell personal information, do not share it for advertising, and do not use client booking history to target ads. Marketing from us is limited to our own service and always carries an opt-out.

3. Age verification data

Access requires confirming you are 18 or older. For entertainers, and for clients where we require it, we verify age and identity using government-issued identification.

We collect the minimum needed to establish age and identity. Where we can, we record only the verification result — confirmed or not, and the date — rather than retaining a copy of the document. Where a copy must be retained for legal or contractual reasons, it is stored with restricted access and is not visible to other users, and never to clients.

Identification documents are never used for marketing and are never shared with other users.

4. What we collect from clients

  • Account details — name, email, phone, and password (stored hashed).
  • Booking details — event date, time, duration, location, guest count, occasion, requested talent and add-ons, and your notes and requests.
  • Agreements — the booking agreement and any waiver you sign, and the time and IP address of signature.
  • Payment records — amounts, deposits, balances, tips, refunds, and status. Complete card numbers are handled by our payment processor, not stored by us.
  • Communications — messages, calls, and texts exchanged through the platform.
  • Technical data — IP address, device and browser type, and pages viewed.

5. What we collect from entertainers

  • Identity and eligibility — legal name, date of birth, verification result, and any licence or permit required in your jurisdiction.
  • Profile — stage name, photos and portfolio media, specialties, rates, service area, and availability.
  • Booking and performance records — bookings accepted, completed, or declined, schedules, contracts, and waivers.
  • Payout information — the account details needed to pay you, and tax information required for contractor reporting.
  • Safety records — reports you make, and reports made about a booking.

Your legal name, date of birth, home address, and payout details are never shown to clients. Clients see your stage name, profile, and the details needed for the booking.

6. How we use it

  • to verify age and identity, and keep minors off the platform;
  • to create and run accounts and profiles;
  • to arrange, confirm, and manage bookings, including generating agreements and waivers;
  • to process deposits, balances, tips, refunds, and payouts;
  • to communicate about a booking, including reminders and changes;
  • to investigate safety reports, prevent fraud and chargeback abuse, and enforce our Terms;
  • to meet tax, accounting, contractor-reporting, and other legal obligations;
  • to understand in aggregate how the platform is used and improve it.

7. What we share, and with whom

  • With the entertainer you book — the event date, time, location, duration, guest count, occasion, and the requests needed to perform safely. They receive your first name and a contact method for the event, not your full account history.
  • With the client — the entertainer's stage name, profile, and booking details. Never their legal name, date of birth, address, or payout details.
  • Service providers — hosting, payment processing, identity verification, telephony and messaging, email delivery, and the platform software provided by Zexora Technologies, Inc., each processing on our behalf under contract.
  • Venues — only where a venue requires confirmation of a booking, and only what the venue needs.
  • Law enforcement and legal — see Section 10.
  • Business transfer — if the business is sold or reorganized, with notice before information becomes subject to a materially different policy.

8. Payments, tips and payouts

Payments are handled by our payment processor, which collects card details directly. We receive the amount, status, and a card reference such as the last four digits.

Descriptors on your statement are chosen to be discreet, but we cannot control how a bank or card issuer displays or categorizes a transaction. Payout and tax information for entertainers is retained as required for contractor reporting.

9. Calls, texts and recordings

We use phone, text, and an AI-assisted receptionist to answer questions, take booking details, handle deposits, and send reminders, including in multiple languages.

Calls may be recorded and transcribed. Florida law generally requires the consent of all parties to record a call, so you will be notified at the start of a recorded call and may ask us not to record. Recordings are kept with the booking record, treated as confidential, and are not used for marketing. Reply STOP to opt out of marketing texts; you will still receive messages about a confirmed booking.

10. Safety reports and law enforcement

If a safety report is made, we may review the related account, booking, message, and payment records to investigate, and may share what is relevant with the people involved, our advisers, or authorities.

We preserve and disclose records to law enforcement where lawfully required, and we cooperate fully with investigations involving trafficking, coercion, or any crime against a minor. Confidentiality and discretion do not extend to concealing a crime.

11. Cookies

We use cookies necessary to keep you signed in, remember that you have passed the age gate, and secure the site against automated abuse. We may use limited analytics to understand site usage in aggregate. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. You can block or delete cookies in your browser, though you will not be able to stay signed in without the essential ones.

12. How long we keep it

  • Booking, agreement, and waiver records — retained for the period required to resolve disputes and meet legal obligations, generally at least four years.
  • Payment, payout, and tax records — retained as required by tax and accounting law, typically at least seven years.
  • Age and identity verification — the verification result is retained while the account is active and for a period afterward; any retained copy of a document is deleted as soon as it is no longer legally required.
  • Account and profile data — deleted or anonymized within a reasonable period after an account is closed, subject to the records above.
  • Safety reports — retained as long as needed to protect people on the platform.

13. Security

We use encrypted connections, hashed passwords, role-based access controls, and restricted access to verification documents and payout details. Access to sensitive records is limited to staff who need it.

No system is completely secure and we cannot guarantee absolute security. If a breach affecting personal information occurs, we will notify affected people and regulators as required by law and without undue delay.

14. Your rights

You may ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal information, request a copy, or opt out of marketing. Email info@magictemptations.com. We will verify your identity before acting and respond within the time required by applicable law, generally 45 days under the Florida Digital Bill of Rights. Exercising a right will not result in different treatment.

Some information cannot be deleted on request where we must keep it for tax, contractual, or legal reasons, or where it forms part of a safety record.

15. No one under 18

This platform is strictly for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18, and any account found to belong to a minor is terminated immediately and the data deleted. If you believe a minor has accessed the platform or appears in any content, contact info@magictemptations.com immediately and we will act and, where required, report it.

16. Changes

We may update this policy. The "Last updated" date above shows when this version was published. Material changes will be posted before they take effect.
