1. Acceptance
These Terms of Service (the "Terms") are a binding agreement between Magic Temptations Inc. ("Magic Temptations," "we," "us") and you. You accept them when you confirm you are of age, create an account, submit a booking request, perform through the platform, or otherwise use our services.
If you do not agree, do not use the platform. Where you sign a separate booking agreement, waiver, or performer contract with us, that document controls to the extent it conflicts with these Terms.
2. Age requirement and verification
You must be at least 18 years old to access any part of this platform, and at least 21 where the venue, event, or applicable law requires it. By continuing past the age gate you represent that you meet this requirement.
We may require government-issued identification to verify age and identity for clients, and we always verify the age and identity of entertainers before they may be booked. We may refuse or revoke access if we cannot verify age, or if we believe the information given is false.
Providing false age or identity information is a material breach of these Terms and may be a criminal offense.
3. What we are
Magic Temptations is a booking, planning, and business-management platform for lawful adult entertainment. Through it you can discover verified entertainers, request a curated event plan, reserve talent, sign agreements, pay deposits and balances, and manage an event from a private portal.
We provide entertainment services only — performances, appearances, and hosting at private and licensed events. We do not offer, arrange, or facilitate sexual services of any kind.
4. Accounts
You agree to provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and accept responsibility for activity under your account. Accounts are personal and may not be shared or transferred. Tell us promptly at info@magictemptations.com if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.
We treat client identity and booking details as confidential, as described in our Privacy Policy.
5. Bookings, deposits and payment
A booking request is not confirmed until we accept it and you have signed any required agreement and paid the required deposit. Rates, duration, travel fees, add-ons, and the number of entertainers are those shown in your booking confirmation.
- Deposits reserve the date and talent. Unless your confirmation says otherwise, deposits are non-refundable once the booking is accepted, because the entertainer has held the time and turned down other work.
- Balances are due as stated in your confirmation, generally before the performance begins.
- Tips are voluntary and go to the entertainer. Tips are never a payment for any act beyond the booked performance.
- Overtime must be agreed by the entertainer and is billed at the rate shown in your confirmation.
Payments are processed by our payment processor. We do not store complete payment card numbers. Chargebacks filed in bad faith after a performance has been delivered may be pursued as a debt, together with reasonable costs of collection.
6. Cancellation and no-shows
Cancellation windows and any refundable portion are stated in your booking confirmation. In general, cancelling closer to the event date means a smaller refund, and the deposit is not refundable.
An entertainer may end a booking early, and keep the full booked fee, if these Terms are violated — including any conduct described in Sections 8 and 9, intoxication that makes the environment unsafe, or a venue that materially differs from what was described. This is a safety provision, not a penalty.
If an entertainer cannot attend, we will offer a comparable replacement where possible or refund amounts paid for that entertainer. We may cancel a booking for safety, legality, or misrepresentation, and will refund amounts paid other than for services already delivered.
7. Entertainers are independent
Entertainers, hosts, and performers booked through the platform ("Talent") are independent contractors, not employees or agents of Magic Temptations. They control the manner and content of their performance within the limits of the booking, the law, and these Terms.
"Verified" means we have checked age and identity and reviewed the profile before listing. It is not a guarantee of any particular performance, character, or outcome, and is not a background check unless we expressly say so.
8. Conduct at events
The client and every guest present agree to the following at all times:
- No contact without express consent. Do not touch an entertainer without their clear, contemporaneous permission. Consent can be withdrawn at any moment, and "no" ends it immediately.
- No harassment. No threats, intimidation, slurs, sexual harassment, or pressure of any kind.
- Respect boundaries. Each entertainer sets their own limits on the performance. Those limits are final and are not negotiable by offering money.
- No recording except as permitted under Section 11.
- No illegal drugs, and no supplying alcohol to anyone underage.
- Safe environment. Provide a private, secure, lit space with a way to change, and safe entry and exit.
- No weapons in the performance area.
The client is responsible for the conduct of every guest they admit. If conduct becomes unsafe, the entertainer may stop and leave under Section 6, and you remain liable for the full fee.
9. Zero-tolerance prohibitions
The following are absolutely prohibited, without exception:
- soliciting, offering, or paying for prostitution or any commercial sexual act;
- human trafficking, coercion, or any exploitation of any person;
- involving, admitting, or exposing any person under 18 to a booking, event, performance, or platform content;
- coercing, threatening, restraining, or assaulting an entertainer;
- recording or distributing intimate images without consent;
- using the platform to advertise or arrange any unlawful service.
Violations result in immediate termination without refund, a permanent ban, and referral to law enforcement. We cooperate fully with investigations into trafficking and crimes against minors, and we preserve and disclose relevant records to authorities where lawfully requested.

10. Venues and hosts
You are responsible for ensuring the event location permits adult entertainment and that you have the right to hold the event there. Some venues, hotels, residential communities, and municipalities restrict or prohibit it, and some jurisdictions require permits or licenses.
You must describe the venue accurately when booking, including whether alcohol will be served, expected guest count, and whether the space is private. If the venue materially differs on arrival, the entertainer may decline to perform under Section 6.
11. Photography and recording
Photography, video, and audio recording of an entertainer are prohibited unless that entertainer gives express permission for that specific event. Permission for one photo is not permission to record a performance, and no permission extends to publishing or distributing anything.
Recording or sharing intimate images without consent is unlawful in Florida and most jurisdictions. We will remove such content where we can, support the affected person, and refer the matter to law enforcement.
12. Terms for entertainers
If you perform through the platform, you additionally agree that:
- you are at least 18, legally permitted to perform this work, and will complete our age and identity verification;
- you are an independent contractor responsible for your own taxes, licenses, and any permits your jurisdiction requires;
- your profile, photos, rates, and availability are accurate and are yours to publish;
- you will honor accepted bookings or give as much notice as possible if you cannot;
- you may set and enforce your own boundaries, refuse any request, and end a booking that becomes unsafe — we will support that decision;
- you will not offer or perform any sexual service, and will not use the platform to arrange anything unlawful.
Payouts, deposits held on your behalf, and tips are released according to the schedule in your performer agreement. We may withhold a payout pending investigation of a credible safety or fraud complaint.
13. Content and intellectual property
The Magic Temptations name, logo, and site design are our property. Profile photos, portfolio media, and other content posted by entertainers remain theirs; by posting, they grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display and promote that content on and in connection with the platform.
You confirm you hold the rights to any content you upload and that every person shown is an adult who consented to its use. Content that is illegal, that depicts a minor, or that is posted without the subject's consent will be removed and reported.
14. Reviews
Reviews must be honest and based on an actual booking. Do not post another person's private information, sexually explicit descriptions, or content intended to harass. We may remove reviews that violate these Terms, and we do not remove reviews merely because they are unfavorable.
15. Disclaimers
The platform and all services are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not warrant the accuracy of any profile, the availability of any entertainer, or that a performance will meet your expectations. Verification is limited as described in Section 7, and listing on the platform is not an endorsement or a guarantee of anyone's conduct.
16. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, and our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to these Terms or any booking will not exceed the amount you paid us for the booking giving rise to the claim.
We are not liable for the acts or omissions of entertainers, clients, guests, or venues. These limits do not apply to liability that cannot be limited under Florida law, including liability for gross negligence, willful misconduct, or bodily injury caused by our negligence.
17. Indemnification
You will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Magic Temptations Inc. and its officers, directors, and employees from any third-party claim, and any resulting loss, liability, penalty, and reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of: your use of the platform; your breach of these Terms, particularly Sections 8, 9, and 11; conduct by you or your guests at an event; content you post; or your failure to comply with venue rules, permits, or applicable law.
18. Suspension and termination
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate an account immediately and without refund for a violation of Section 9, for conduct that endangers an entertainer, client, or guest, for fraud or chargeback abuse, or where required by law. We may also terminate for convenience on notice.
Sections 9, 11, 13, and 15 through 19 survive termination, along with any accrued payment obligation.
19. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Before filing a claim, contact us at info@magictemptations.com and allow thirty (30) days to resolve the matter.
Any unresolved dispute will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Hillsborough County, Florida, and each party consents to the jurisdiction of those courts. Each party waives any right to a trial by jury, and claims must be brought individually rather than as part of a class. Any claim must be filed within one (1) year after it accrues.
Nothing in this section limits anyone's ability to report a crime to law enforcement or to cooperate with an investigation.
20. Changes
We may update these Terms. The "Last updated" date above shows when this version was published. Material changes will be posted before they take effect, and continuing to use the platform means you accept them.
